Return & Exchange Policy

At Tresovi, we encourage you to carefully review product details and jewellery care instructions before making a purchase. If you need assistance prior to ordering, our team at hello@tresovi.com is always happy to help.

While all sales are final, we do offer returns and exchanges under specific conditions:

A) Exchanges (Non-Defective Items)

  • No direct refunds are available.

  • Returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • You may also exchange your item for another piece, but pickup charges will apply.

B) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged or defective items qualify for a refund, provided an unboxing video is shared to verify the damage occurred during transit.

  • All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • To begin the process, please email hello@tresovi.com with clear pictures and the unboxing video of the item.

  • The product must be unused, with all tags and packaging materials intact.

Important Notes:

  • We do not issue direct refunds for returns initiated due to personal preference or change of mind.

  • Store credit is issued only after our team inspects and approves the returned item.

  • Tresovi reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request if the documentation or product condition does not meet our requirements.
