At Tresovi, we encourage you to carefully review product details and jewellery care instructions before making a purchase. If you need assistance prior to ordering, our team at hello@tresovi.com is always happy to help.
While all sales are final, we do offer returns and exchanges under specific conditions:
A) Exchanges (Non-Defective Items)

No direct refunds are available.

Returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

You may also exchange your item for another piece, but pickup charges will apply.
B) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Damaged or defective items qualify for a refund, provided an unboxing video is shared to verify the damage occurred during transit.

All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

To begin the process, please email hello@tresovi.com with clear pictures and the unboxing video of the item.

The product must be unused, with all tags and packaging materials intact.

We do not issue direct refunds for returns initiated due to personal preference or change of mind.

Store credit is issued only after our team inspects and approves the returned item.

Tresovi reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request if the documentation or product condition does not meet our requirements.
