• Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation. Customized or engraved pieces may take longer.

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery timelines are 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.

• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email/SMS so you can monitor your delivery.

• Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, factors such as weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond our control.

• International Shipping: Currently, we deliver only within India.
