How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
What is your return, exchange, and refund policy?
We want you to love your Tresovi jewellery! While we don’t offer direct refunds, you can return items for store credit valid for 1 year. Exchanges are also possible, and damaged or defective items can be refunded once verified. Please initiate any requests within 3 days of delivery.
Do you offer gift packaging or include a personalized message?
Yes, every order can include gift-ready packaging and a personalized note on request.
Do you offer international shipping?
